This was posted by Cell Phone Sail at cellphonesail.wordpress.com. I think it looks rather nice, although I would have preferred another colour variant.
While we’re at it with the leaks, Maximys posted some information about three codenames of upcoming phones - Athena, Miranda and Yue.
We’ve got some juicy stuff on a new Walkman phone as well for next year, but you’ll have to wait a bit for that
We’ve collected a set of photo samples by the Sony Ericsson G702, codenamed BeiBei, which was unfortunately cancelled. I liked this phone quite a bit. Anyway, here’s BeiBei in France. Press the thumbnails below for the camera samples.
It seems like it’s taken Sony Ericsson forever to get the X1 ready. But finally, we’ve got some news - a closed X1 launch webcast is due in roughly two weeks, and a few days ago the XPERIA SDK was published at Sony Ericsson’s developer site, with the press release being published yesterday.
The SDK (software development kit) will allow developers to create their very own XPERIA panels, and test them out in an emulator on the computer. You can check out all the documentation and features of the XPERIA SDK for Windows Mobile over at Sony Ericsson’s developer website. The download is 9.1 megabytes, and can be downloaded directly here.
According to this article on the Dutch JouwMobiel, the Sony Ericsson G705 - codenamed Kumiko - will be announced this Monday. In addition to that, it also states an accessory will be announced on Monday. This will be the IDP-100, a digital photo frame with Bluetooth functionality.
When F305 was announced, Sony Ericsson said it’d launch with eleven games pre-installed (Bowling, Bass fishing, Jockey, Johnny Crash Stuntman Does Texas, Tropical Madness, Racing FeverGT, The Sims2, Jewel Quest2, Lumines, Asteroids and Quadrapop Robotics). What they didn’t mention is that the very same phone will come with non less than 50 - that’s FIFTY - games on its 512 MB Memory Stick Micro. Just have a look at the image in this post, or check out the F305’s website yourself.
What you see above is a picture taken by a C702 without further cases. Check out the full stress test (dust, rain, public baths) at SE-World (German) plus the videos after the jump.
It seems like Sony Ericsson would rather announce new colour variants of already announced phone models than announce completely new phones. Within a short period of time, Sony Ericsson’s presented no less than twelve new phone colour variants for a total of six phones, and with more to come.
The C902 was presented in a Cinnamon Bronze variant. Other than that, the C902 was also recently announced to make its appearance in a James Bond variant, dubbed Titanium Silver.
